Daxaro Norway AS is experiencing growing demand and works closely with exciting players within real estate and property development. As part of this growth, we are strengthening our presence in Kongsberg and are now looking for an experienced and self-driven architect who wants to follow projects all the way through – and help further develop our local department.

Workplace: Quben, Nymoens Torg 6, Kongsberg

At Daxaro, you will work closely with both external clients and internal real estate projects within the group. You will follow projects from early-stage concepts and feasibility studies through building applications, authority dialogue, and completed solutions. The role offers significant influence and the opportunity to take real ownership of projects.

Daxaro Norway currently consists of a small and ambitious team including a Managing Director, Head of Marketing and Head of the Kongsberg office, and a Project Developer. We operate with short decision-making paths, a high pace, and clear ambitions for growth.

Who are we looking for?

We are seeking an architect who is confident in their profession, works independently, and thrives in a role with high activity and responsibility.

We believe you have:

• Minimum 6 years of relevant experience as an architect
• Strong proficiency in Revit
• Solid experience with building applications and authority dialogue
• Confidence in client meetings and advisory roles
• Experience with HoltePortalen is an advantage
• Enjoy working on both small- and large-scale projects
