Hyttegata is a completed residential development in the Vestsida district of central Kongsberg, Norway. The project comprises 24 modern apartments and combines urban density with a strong architectural identity. Designed to integrate naturally into the cityscape, it offers contemporary homes in a central and accessible location.

Design and Materials

The project features clean lines, functional layouts, and a carefully curated material palette, primarily timber and concrete. Private balconies and recessed façades create rhythm and variety, while the building’s form responds to the site’s terrain. Natural light and spatial efficiency were key considerations throughout the design process.
